Omni Home Staging came into being in the fall of 2007 headed by Carol Buckalew, an accredited staging professional, for the express purpose of providing homeowners with a single source from which they could prepare (Stage) their homes for sale or utilize Omni Staging for whole house or room staging to live projects.

 

Carol's hands-on practice taught her that homeowners prefer to work with experienced people who can dependably supply the services they need.  Her vision is helping homeowners work though the numerous challenges they face when selling their homes in a variable, highly competitive real estate market.

 

Her solid credentials, industry experience and unique abilities accrue to the benefit of all Omni Home Staging customers.

 

What We Do

All Omni Home Staging principals and associates are Accredited Staging Professionals.  This translates into solid value for Omni customers in that their homes sell for more in less time than than would otherwise be possible.

Carol started Omni with three key objectives in mind…..offer her clients the best variety of personal home decorating services, maintain outstanding quality and exceptional service, and deliver a product that has measurable value.

 

Carol Buckalew has enjoyed a long and successful career in a variety of business venues so it comes as no surprise that she is excelling as a stager in the newest arena of home re-sale marketing. Her work experience includes positions with McCormick & Company, Marriott International and Pitney Bowes.

 

Her business accomplishments include:

 

  • Earned designation as Accredited Staging Professional.  Regularly attends the ASP-IAHSP Symposium in Bellevue, WA., the only recognized national symposium/convention of Accredited Staging Professionals.  Industry trends, national statistics, ethics and business practices are among the topics covered by this industry leading organization.

  • Exhibit Marketing Coordinator for Enterworks, a national data integration technology firm, where she pre-planned and managed an average of  50 major exhibits & events per year for that organization

  • Marketing Director and Exhibit Coordinator for Dynamic Alliance Consultants, a national sales and marketing consulting firm specializing in healthcare technology and home therapy services

 

Couple these business accomplishments with a sharp eye for color combinations and her energetic approach to home staging and decoration, and you’ve got an individual who knows and understands what homeowners value and want.
